The source of funds verification is essential for meeting regulatory requirements, securing transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience with your chosen payment provider. The verification only applies to individual users who are verified with proof of address, and is provided by BTSE AG, our Liechtenstein entity.
To get started, please ensure that you have a document proving the source of your funds.
Acceptable documents include an Asset Statement or a Bank Statement, either of which should be no older than 3 months.
How to Submit Your Verification:
Head to the Identity Verification Page: Login → Click on your Username → Account → Verification.
Click Verify Source of Fund to experience advanced payment services.
Authorize us by agreeing to BTSE AG’s terms and conditions to continue.
Check the legal name and date of birth from your previous verification is correct, and follow the on-screen instructions to provide the required information and click “Next”.
Follow the on-screen instructions to provide the required information and documents.
Once everything’s in order, click "Submit".
If you need more time to complete, you may also click Save Draft, then come back to the verification from Identity Verification Page.
